At Logo-Genie, we have stated our terms and conditions in a manner that is easily understood by you. By creating an account with us you are agreeing to our terms and condition. We recommend that you should read the following properly to avoid confusion in future.
Revision Policy
Logo-Genie offers quiet a few options for revisions in different packages. However, if you are not satisfied with the final design and your revision options are finished. Then we will make all the required amendments at the rate of $50 per revision.
Refund Policy (Applicable to all our design services)
In any case, if a client decides to cancel the project after receiving the first draft of any of our packages (Logo, Websites, Brochure, Banner and E-Cover).Then we will be entitled to retain the upfront amount ($89).
[Note: The upfront amount for every design package is our processing fee.]
Quality Assurance Policy
We treasure our association with our clients very much. That is why our focused our services to provide maximum satisfaction to our clients. Our designers are constantly working to ensure that your designs are unique.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Our topmost priority is to satisfy our clients. When you return to us with your design for changes, our design team works as per your specifications until you are 100% satisfied with the results. We modify your design (as per package revisions) until you find it absolutely the way you want it to be.
Record Maintenance
Rest to sure that your final files (design) will remain with us and we will not delete them from our data bank. So incase if you need your files gain in the future, you can obtain them by simply logging in you account area to access the same.
Copyrights of Logo
Logo-Genie retains all right of all logo concepts that you view in your 'Account Area' prior to the request of final files. Once you have asked for the final files of your designs, then you have all the rights to the design and ask the copyright agencies to transfer the copyrights to your business.

PAYMENT
An $89 Payment for any and all of our products and services that are included in your chosen package, is due in advance (before the start) start of any work by Logo-Genie. The remaining balance for all projects and services included in your package, including logo design, stationery design, flash logos, websites design, brochure design, banner design, graphic design, E-Cover designs and any other service you agree to, will be collected upon completion of final design.
If you are paying us through PayPal then you have to pay total amount in advance.
If you are paying us through Credit Cards, then you only have to pay $89 upfront and the remaining amount after completion. Following Cards are accepted:

PROJECT INACTIVITY PENALTIES AND FEES
Projects which are left inactive (no revision requests, email notification with revision requests, or phone contact regarding the design of any project), without notifying Logo-Genie, for more than 4 months will become subject to an Inactivity Fee and in order to re-open your project once you return to complete your project. This fee is used to cover search, project/design re-acquaintance, and designer workload restructuring associated with the project inactivity. The re-open fees are as follows:

Stationery: $25
Brochure: $75
Web Design: $75
Banners: $25
E-Cover: $35
Landing Page: $75
Minisite: $50
Sale Page: $75
