What if my Logo gets deleted from my system, will you provide me another copy?
Yes definitely, a copy of your logo will be saved in your account at logo-genie.com. However, we highly recommend that our clients keep a backup copy of their design files with themselves as well.

Who will have rights to the Logo?

What if I have an idea for my Logo Design?

How long does it normally take to make a web site design?
It depends upon the complexity of the project and the package selected by you. Under normal circumstances it takes a minimum of 2-3 business days to share the initial draft or concept.

Will I get the source file of the Website?
Yes of course. During the final delivery you will have the .PSD file with included fonts.

Will you upload the Website on my hosting/server and is there any additional cost for the same?
Yes, we will upload the website on your server with no additional cost. All you have to do is to provide us with the necessary details such as the FTP ID & Password. Rest assured, your login credentials will remain safe with us. However for safety reasons, it is recommended that you change your password once we have uploaded your site.

Do you also provide copy writing services?

Why do I need a custom brochure?
Regardless of what you might have heard, custom brochure designing is completely different from a template based designing.

I am not sure which brochure type is suited for my needs. Can you help?

I want my logo/pictures to be incorporated into my custom brochure?

How much do your eCover Design cost?
Generally the price varies based on the requirements and the complexity of the job.

A bare minimum that we require from our client is:

Our E-Cover packages do not include logo design. In case if you do not provide a logo then we will use text with effects styled to match your web site. However you can get a Logo from our logo design package for as little as only $89.
